職位描述:職責(zé)描述?Product Development & Management – responsible for the product line performance. Drive the execution of product plan and conduct the tracking and analysis of the product programs and result. Develop and manage selling tools to support sales activities. Search and review medical literature to find supporting publications for the product line. Manage the product samples and complaint and provide solutions to the objections from the field. Updating and maintaining self expertise on products and technologies through training and self-learning. Demonstrated successful commercial launch of new products with sustained market growth.成功開發(fā)新的產(chǎn)品線,持續(xù)增長市場份額方面,具有一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)。? Strong interpersonal and selling skills in order to communicate cross functionally and assist in salessupport.優(yōu)秀的客戶溝通和銷售能力,協(xié)助產(chǎn)品銷售、市場研究和新產(chǎn)品反饋;?
