自噬是繼凋亡之后，生命科學(xué)最熱門(mén)的研究領(lǐng)域之一，近年來(lái)，自噬研究得到了飛速發(fā)展。已經(jīng)有研究表明，細(xì)胞自噬與多種疾病和癌癥的發(fā)生有關(guān)，基于自噬研究的抗癌藥物研發(fā)也是當(dāng)前的熱門(mén)。
雖然，目前已經(jīng)報(bào)告了很多因素能誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞發(fā)生自噬，如饑餓、生長(zhǎng)因子缺乏、微生物感染、細(xì)胞器損傷、蛋白質(zhì)折疊錯(cuò)誤或聚集、DNA損傷、放療、化療等等，但是這一過(guò)程的詳細(xì)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)到通路和網(wǎng)絡(luò)仍未完全闡明，這么多刺激信號(hào)如何傳遞的、哪些自噬蛋白接受信號(hào)、又有哪些自噬蛋白去執(zhí)行等很多問(wèn)題都還在等待進(jìn)一步解答中。為促進(jìn)自噬領(lǐng)域最新研究成果的傳播，推動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展，我們舉辦中國(guó)北京第一屆自噬與肝病國(guó)際會(huì)議，將邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外分子生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、肝病科學(xué)等方面的知名專家、教授，針對(duì)當(dāng)前備受關(guān)注的研究熱點(diǎn)及問(wèn)題開(kāi)展研討，為廣大同行搭建一個(gè)相互溝通交流的平臺(tái),特舉辦中國(guó)北京第一屆自噬與肝病國(guó)際會(huì)議。
